Terms for reserving a campsite at the Kratzmühle campground   When making a reservation for a camp site at the Kratzmühle campground, a deposit of 25 Euros is required per reserved site. This deposit will be credited to your overall bill upon payment on-site. There are special offers that require you to deposit the complete bill in advance; in that case, our standard terms and conditions for camp site reservations apply. We reserve the right to bill you 10 Euros for a change in reservations.   Please bear in mind that we can only confirm your reservation after we have received your deposit and registration form.   We will contact you if the campground is fully booked. We ask you to reserve your camp site at least 21 days prior to your arrival so that we can get in touch with you if necessary. If you cannot book in advance, we ask that you give us a call and check whether there are any camp sites available. We will try to arrange everything to your satisfaction. You can book specific camp sites or categories. We will gladly tell you about all the options available.   Cancellations: Cancellations have to reach Kratzmühle campground in written form at least 14 days prior to your arrival. In that case you will receive your deposit back, minus a service charge of 10 Euros. If your cancellation arrives later than that or in case of a no-show, the deposit is forfeit. The booked camp site can be accessed on the day of arrival between 11 am and 1 pm or 3 pm and 7 pm and has to be vacated by 11 am on the day of your departure. Should your arrival be delayed, the campground administration must be notified in advance. Fees for camp sites will nevertheless be billed from the booked arrival day. If you fail to notify the administration of a late arrival, your booked camp site will only be available for you until 11 am on the day after your appointed arrival and will afterwards be rented out if possible.   Please pay your deposit to the denoted account. Bear in mind that we can only credit you the amount that is shown as credited to our account.
